We are consumers, just like you, and we feel that you can tie in how our experiences will benefit your real estate journey. Jeff, the old guy, worked in the auto repair industry working as a technician, service writer, and a manager of several locations for about 10 years. He went back to college for finance and accounting then took an ownership interest in a retail home furnishing company for about 5 years. In early 2000, he was swayed over to real estate finance and managed at a mortgage branch. Chris, the versatile guy, worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade before the 2020 thing happened... he is very knowledgeable and has a passion for real estate and the process. Eric, the tall guy, grew fond of the real estate market during college and is detail oriented person in the team to keep us all on point. Just ask him about spreadsheets... LOL

We truly enjoy what we do and helping Homeowners get what they want. As you will notice, we are consumer focused with a blended variety of talents over several industries. A Better Team by FARR Speaking of Family

Eric and his wife Katie both grew up in Missouri and are newlyweds. They are sure that the West County area is perfect for living and raising a family.

Chris and his wife Kacy are also natives of Missouri, and met just after college before getting married in 2013. They have 2 beautiful young kids, Cameron and Will, and are open to the family growing. (hint, hint)

Jeff and his wife Nataszka have been blessed and are nearing their 30th anniversary and have four children which are 3 men and a lady now... They are in colleges around the Midwest which solidifies our appreciation of the area.

We were joined by the love of real estate in the Western Suburbs of St Louis County Missouri. We tend to focus more on the neighborhoods and communities within the cities of Ballwin and Wildwood because of the great feel and local amenities. And Yes, we do market and sell in other areas because our State just has so many great areas. We employ creative insights and local area knowledge to maximize your real estate returns.
